Most farms buy what they need and throw away what they don't. Mannuyir works the other way. What one part of the farm leaves behind, the next part uses.

Our cattle, goats and hens are the heart of the farm. They give milk, eggs and manure. - Manureஎரு

The manure goes into our biogas plant. It produces gas for [USE — e.g. cooking / water heating] on the farm. - Living soilஉயிர்மண்
The slurry left after biogas is a rich natural fertiliser. It goes straight back into the fields. - Fodder & silageதீவனம் & ஊறுகாய்ப்புல்
The fields grow green fodder. Extra fodder is packed and stored as silage, so the animals eat well even in the dry months. Then the circle begins again.
